The scope of project included revitalization of the area along Szafarnia street. History of the investment dates back to 2000, when Navimor International purchased company Dagoma. Failing company was restricted and production was started in newly built fabric in Puck, where production are still produced till now.

On the postproduction area, approximate 10 000 sqm, the complex of residential and service complex  was built. Facades  of buildings allude to the historic architecture. During the project Navimor cooperated with developer Pirelli. The result of their cooperation are over 200 rooms with the area exceeding 24 000 sqm.

The most recognizable feature of the project Hotel Gdańsk, which is owned by Navimor, was established in 17^th century granary “Góra”, previously devastated by using it for years, as usual magazine. Nowadays Hotel Gdańsk is the best boutique hotel in Tricity and a perfect showcase of the city.

 Navimor undertakes to build a new quarter of the city at the area of the foremer industrial plants. Navimor co-operates with Pekao Development (later Pirelli Development) to build the apartment and comercial complex "Szafarnia Water Front ". One of the elements of this investment is HOTEL GDAŃSK.  It was arranged in a revitalized 17th century "Góra" Granary, previously devastated through the function of an ordinary warehouse.

REVITALIZATION OF XVII CENTURY GRANARY

At the time of the acquisition, the building threatened to collapse and required immediate emergency work involving strengthening of the whole structure, carrying out the process of micro-piling and making a rim linking all the walls. Only after stabilizing the building, the works aiming at adapting the object to hotel function could begin.

All the works were carried out under a strict supervision of the conservator and in accordance with his very specialist technologies he had indicated.

We owe Brovarnia restaurant, which is the only brewery in Gdansk, is brewing three kinds of delicious Gdansk beer – Brovarnia Pale Lager Beer, Brovarnia Schwarzbier (dark Beer) and Brovarnia Häfeweizen Beer (wheat beer). For their production we solely use water, high quality malt from barley and wheat, hop and yeast. Our beer kinds are natural and without any preservatives, which makes them exceptional in taste and color. Food and drinks served in Brovarnia were awarded by The Guardian, Financial Times, Dziennik Bałtycki – Pomeranian’s biggest journal  and Beer Festival in Żywiec.

In 2016 Hotel Gdańsk obtained 5^th star.

The current director of the hotel is Ms. Karolina Wójcik - an experienced expert in hotel business.

Our hotel was visited by many sports stars, among the others by  Lionel Messi, Neymar, Gionluigi Buffon and representation of Barcelona.
